Sam and I first connected in December of 2021. He impressed me right away. He was one of the few contractors willing to talk to me via Zoom and even willing to take a Zoom tour of my house. Fast forward to today, and we have two gorgeous new bathrooms. Not only are they beautifully redesigned, Sam and his team (Mike and Greg) were amazingly efficient. He then used our selections to develop a fantastic design and was able to ensure that the materials were sent to us just as they were needed. Sam, Mike and Greg were great to work with! Mike was on site and consulted with me daily on the project. They worked well with the condo security and management team. They even protected all common surfaces to ensure no damage in the hallways. Overall, I was satisfied with the work done by the team. Sam and his team are wonderful to work with. In uncertain times of supply chain shortages, pandemic, etc Renowow somehow managed to complete their project ahead of schedule and within the original budget.
